Parking
Parking is available free of charge in Yas Marina. Valet parking services are also provided free of charge when visiting BounceBack Physiotherapy.
When you first arrive at BounceBack, you’ll be required to fill out your new patient paperwork. This helps our team get to know you better and is also a requirement of the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DOH). We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete your paperwork. BounceBack Physiotherapy respects the rights of its patients to choose which ever therapist they feel more comfortable with. Please advise our team when booking your appointment if you have a preference for a male or female therapist. To meet our team click here.
Yes. Patients are entitled to a chaperone during any assessment and treatment sessions. We would request that only one additional chaperone attends if required, due to overcrowding in the treatment areas and out of respect of other patients and staff.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash.
If you require a physiotherapy report please ask your physiotherapist who can provide it for you. If you require a physiotherapy report following treatment you can contact us in order to request this. For more in depth reports and copies of your medical records a small fee may be charged, you will be required to also complete a disclosure consent form.
Initially you will need to be assessed and a provisional diagnosis made before being able to provide a prognosis, treatment plan and treatment frequency. Your physiotherapist will provide you with this information following your first session.
BounceBack Physiotherapy operates on a “Pay and Claim” basis with insurance companies. Please see our insurance section for more information
