Melissa studied Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) at Arellano University, Philippines, and completed NC II in Computer System Servicing at Jacobo Z. Gonzales Memorial School of Arts and Trades.

After graduating, she established a strong career foundation with 3 years as a cashier supervisor, 4 years in the restaurant industry, 2 years as a sales coordinator, and nearly 3 years as an office administrative staff in the Philippines.

Moving to UAE:
In 2022, Melissa moved to the UAE and has since been working as an Administrative Staff specializing in internal communication and as a Receiving Associate as well at GMG Consumer LLC, where she has gained over 2 years of experience.
