Ashley completed her degree in BS Hospitality Management at Mariano Marcos State University, Philippines (2012). A degree that opened doors not only to the world of travel and tourism but also to opportunities for personal and professional growth. Along the way she also developed a basic knowledge of foreign languages, further fueling her interest in global connection and communication.
With a solid career built also in the BPO industry for over 8 years, Ashley somehow found herself leading teams, coaching minds and training futures in the world of healthcare, proof that life takes you where you’re needed not just where you planned.
Ashley has worn many hats: Coach at United Healthcare, Team Leader for service-to-sales campaign and a Trainer for Healthcare account and outsourced Bank of America.
In May 2025, she took a bold step forward and moved from the Philippines to UAE, where she began a new chapter and joined Bounceback physiotherapy Treatment Center.
When she’s not working, Ashley is usually devouring a good book, planning her next travel adventure, or researching her next big move – possibly diving into courses short-term or long-term or pursuing a master’s degree.
