Michelle B. Espra is a seasoned administrative professional with over 23 years of experience across healthcare, education, corporate, and retail sectors. Currently working as an Admin and Medical Receptionist at BounceBack Physiotherapy Treatment Centre in Abu Dhabi (since June 2021), she specializes in operational efficiency, patient care, and team collaboration.

Michelle holds a BA in Information Technology (Cap College Foundation, 2025) and is a Certified Nursing Assistant and caregiver with KHDA and TESDA certifications. Her background spans HR, finance, education support, and customer service, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence.

She is highly organized, tech-savvy (proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, AutoCAD, and more), and known for her strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Since moving to the UAE in 2008, she has consistently embraced growth and new challenges.

Outside work, Michelle enjoys playing badminton,billiards and traveling places with her family. She loves to jog everyday to stay energized and focused.
